Buying an Aircraft?
There simply has not been a better time in the history of aviation to purchase a business aircraft. Since October of 2008, aircraft prices have been dropping to historically low levels as more and more inventory is brought to the market and economic uncertainty stifles demand. A cause for celebration except that even the most aggressive of purchases takes time, effort and resources to accomplish.
This is why it is now more important than ever to have the expertise of a professional aircraft sales and acquisitions company in your corner when the decision to buy has been made. With literally dozens of aircraft for sale in every given year, make and model, there is simply no way for a busy professional to pay the needed due diligence before buying an aircraft.
Selling an Aircraft?
For the most part, anyone can sell an aircraft. Or maybe more accurately, anyone can TRY to sell an aircraft and advertise it in one or two publications, but that is usually where the work stops. It's not about getting the Bill of Sale filed it's about getting it filed for the most amount of money possible and in a market flooded with inventory, simple advertising won't accomplish that.
The "trick" is getting the aircraft the most amount of exposure possible and doing so in a clear and professional manner. Not a list of avionics and interior colors; digital spec sheets that highlight all the value added features of the aircraft, high quality photographs, video tours, custom eBroadcasts, multi-listing advertisements not just in Controller.com but the other lesser known places as well. Put check marks in all these boxes and you've scratched the surface of what Chase Aviation does...
