This M20J is currently owned by a very, very meticulous owner who has spent 10’s of thousands of dollars making the plane “perfect” in many ways. Rather than simply live with normal repairs to a engine cowling that the previous owner was totally okay with, he decided to replace the entire cowling. Seeing minor fuel leaks, as all Mooney’s do, the owner had the tanks entirely resealed IAW the M20J AMM. 201RP has been upgraded to include the Garmin 796 Aera panel mount which has more features than we can list. Transponder upgraded to Garmin GTX 330ES and is ADSB-Out compliant.
